Global Engineering & Trading Ltd (GET) was founded by Dr. Ali Kemal Pekkendir (BSc Mech.Eng., MSc Intl Relations, PhD Business Admin.) in Manchester-England and Istanbul-Türkiye in 1995.

GET served its Clients in Leather, Furniture, Aluminium, Steel and Plastic Industries through services in Engineering Consultancy, Factory Construction, Project Management, Machinery & Spare Part Supply between 1995 and 2011.

Between 2012 and 2020, as a Business Development & Project Management Company, GET managed some land-mark projects in Qatar and Saudi Arabia such as :
